Little Freddie Toons are about everyday people living in Milwaukee's central city, known as Bronzeville.  Milwaukee is a great place, on a great lake.  Little Freddie's childhood began near 12th & Walnut growing up in the Hillside public housing projects, sometimes known as little Chicago. The world according to Little Freddie is shared through the lens of a child and from the views of adults that he encounters.
